You said in your original post, that you have a Marvell LAN, so aren’t going to find the answer by installing Nvidia drivers.

However I tried using the update driver in Vista and it found a newer version When this happens, I usually have to disconnect power from the modem, wait a etherney seconds and then turns back on. Is there a known problem with the onboard network card? I called ISP and they came out and everything was fine.
